Privacy Policy

Superlative Studios, Melbourne. What the audit form collects, why, who processes it, and how to ask us to delete it.

Who we are

Superlative Studios is an Australian business operating from Melbourne, Victoria, working with service businesses across Australia. We build business automation systems. Contact: [email protected]. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What the form collects

When you book a free automation audit we collect your name, business name, email (if you give one), phone, the “what keeps slipping” selection (the message), and the page URL you submitted from. If you call or text us we collect your number and the content of that conversation. The site also stores a random visitor identifier and anonymous usage events in your browser.

Why we collect it

To reply about the audit — to email you a booking link, map where enquiries slip, and install the desk if you want one. We do not sell lists. We do not rent your details. We do not send marketing you have not asked for.

Who processes it (webhook / form delivery)

The form posts to Formspree so we can receive your enquiry by email. Hosting is typically Netlify or an equivalent static host. We only use processors to deliver the enquiry you submitted. We do not sell lists.

Access, correction and deletion

Email [email protected] to ask what we hold, to correct it, or to request deletion. We will action that within 30 days. If you are unsatisfied you may complain to the OAIC (oaic.gov.au).

Cookies

We store a random visitor id and analytics events locally. We use TelemetryDeck, a privacy-focused analytics service, to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, buttons clicked, whether the audit form is started or completed). TelemetryDeck does not use cookies and does not store IP addresses. If Google Analytics or a Meta Pixel is configured in the site settings, those providers process usage data under their own policies. Clearing site data removes our local values.
